Late Policy
We ask that you arrive on time or 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to get checked in. We allow a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after the allotted 15 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you with a more time-appropriate service or you may be asked to reschedule.
We understand that life happens, and your time is valuable. At The Loft Salon, our guests are always our first priority, and we will try to work with you in anyway possible. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us a full 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment time. Failure to cancel in a proper time frame, or a no-show, will be asked to pay a cancellation fee of $50 upon rebooking. This $50 can be applied to your next scheduled service.
